Our club started in 1999 when our teacher moved away.
Four artist students decided that they would start a club so the artists would have some place to paint together. They are our founding members. Lil Portelance, Pam Muir-Stacey, Lorna Rheaume and Linda McDonald did this for us and we are glad that they had the determination to get us started. They did and enormous amount of work and time to achieve this venture. Even though it probably took more time and effort to keep it going.
